The Documents page in the contractor portal is your compliance vault: upload the documents required for readiness, and Anastasis admins review each one. Files are stored privately and only shared with Anastasis admins for review.
The required documents

A progress pill at the top of the list shows how many of the required documents are complete — a document counts once it’s approved, not just uploaded.
How to upload
Once a file is uploaded, a View button lets you open your own copy to double-check what you sent.
Review statuses
Each document carries one of these statuses:

| Not uploaded | Nothing on file yet — upload when ready. |
| Under review | Uploaded and waiting for admin review. |
| Approved | Accepted; it counts toward your progress. |
| Rejected | Not accepted — the row shows the reason, and you can re-upload. |
| Replacement requested | The document needs a newer or clearer version — re-upload it. |
If a document is rejected or a replacement is requested, the Re-upload button appears on that row. Fix the issue named in the reason (for example, an expired ID or an unreadable scan) and upload again.
What documents block, and what they don’t
Documents don’t hold up your job search: applications can be reviewed while some documents are still pending. What they do gate is money and start dates — your first payout and job start are blocked until identity, tax, agreement, and payout readiness are all complete.
Privacy and security
- Files are encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Only Anastasis admins see your documents, and only for review.
- Clients only ever see your verified status — never the documents themselves.
