How it works
What it costs
Nothing. Compass is included with your account — there’s no fee, ever. The only paid recruiting option is Atlas, and that’s charged only if you choose it and actually hire.
Where to find it
From the client dashboard, find the recruiting services card and choose Explore Compass — it also appears as an option when you post a role. From the Compass page you can schedule a call or jump straight to posting a role. Applications you receive land in your normal Applications queue with a compatibility score — see reviewing applicants.
