Before you start
Atlas is built for owners who are too busy to run hiring themselves, or who want a proven, vetted process behind it. If you’d rather stay hands-on and just want guidance, Compass covers the same journey as a free, do-it-with-you service.
What it costs
Atlas is $400 per hire for most property-management roles, charged only on a successful placement — there’s no upfront recruiting fee, and if we can’t deliver a fit, you don’t pay. Senior or specialized roles are quoted on your kickoff call.
Atlas is separate from the platform itself, which stays free for companies. The 15% platform fee on approved earnings is unchanged whether or not you use Atlas.
What’s included
- Only pay when you hire — the placement fee is due only when you actually hire someone.
- Free replacement — if a hire doesn’t work out, ever, we re-run the search at no extra cost. There’s no capped window.
- Unlimited interviews — meet as many vetted candidates as you like until one is right; no caps.
- Vetted shortlist — we source, screen, and reference candidates, then hand you only the strong matches.
- Typically 1–2 weeks — most roles go from kickoff to a shortlist in about a week or two.
- You hire direct — the contractor works for you, and approved weekly hours run through your normal Anastasis billing.

Getting started
From the client dashboard, find the recruiting services card and choose Explore Atlas — it also appears as an option when you post a role. Book a call from the Atlas page. We’ll scope the role together and start the search from there.
