Anastasis Academy is the training area of the contractor portal: short, practical courses to sharpen your operator skills — property-management software, fair housing, workflows, and remote professionalism. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can learn in whatever gaps your schedule allows.
Finding a course
Open Academy in the contractor portal. The catalog shows every published course as a card with its category, level, a one-line summary, and your progress on it. At the top you’ll see a quick progress band — courses in progress, certificates earned, and total courses available — plus category filters to narrow the list.
Each card shows where you stand at a glance:
- N lessons — you haven’t started it yet.
- A percentage — you’re partway through.
- Completed — you’ve finished every lesson.
Click any card to open the course.
Working through lessons
A course is a sequence of lessons. The course page lists them in order, with an estimated length in minutes where available and a check mark on the ones you’ve finished.
Marking a lesson complete updates the course progress bar immediately. If you marked something done by mistake, open the lesson again and un-mark it — completion is fully under your control.
Certificates
When you complete every lesson in a course, the course is marked Completed and a Download certificate (PDF) button appears on its course page. Certificates also count in the progress band at the top of the catalog, so you can see your total at a glance.
Picking what to take
The Academy is organized by category, and courses are filterable, so a reasonable path is:
- Start with anything that maps to the roles you’re applying for — clients care about relevant, current skills.
- Fill gaps the catalog covers: software fundamentals, fair-housing basics, day-to-day workflows, and remote professionalism.
- Keep an eye on the catalog over time — new courses appear in the Academy as they’re published.
If the Academy won’t load
The Academy requires a signed-in contractor account. If you see an error banner, the usual causes are not being signed in or being offline — sign in or reconnect and the catalog will load. Course content itself lives on Anastasis, so nothing needs to be installed.
