If you know someone great, you can refer them to Anastasis and earn a cash bonus once they’re hired and complete their first month. Everything runs through Refer & earn in the contractor portal.
How the program works
The bonus amount is shown on your Refer & earn page, next to your link.
Tracking your referrals
Everyone who signs up through your link appears in the Your referrals list, with a status pill showing where they are:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Signed up | They created an account through your link. |
| Vetted | They cleared vetting and can apply to roles. |
| Hired — qualifying | They’re in their first engagement. The pill shows their approved hours so far against the 80-hour bar (for example, 42/80h). |
| Bonus qualified | They completed their first month with the required hours — your bonus is on its way. |
| Bonus paid | The bonus has been paid to your payout account. |
The list header also shows a running count: how many people you’ve referred and how many have been hired.
When the bonus pays out
The fine print, exactly as it works:
- One bonus per referred person. It’s tied to the person you refer, not to how many engagements they take on.
- It qualifies automatically once they’ve been in their first engagement for a month with more than 80 approved tracked hours — you don’t need to file anything.
- It’s paid to your payout account, the same one your regular payouts use. If you haven’t connected one yet, see connecting your payout account.
If your link won’t load
Your referral link is fetched live from your account. If the page can’t load it, you’ll see an error with a Retry button — the usual causes are being offline or not being signed in as a contractor. Sign in, retry, and your link and referral list will appear.
