The DiSC assessment is the personality assessment in step 6 of contractor onboarding. It helps Anastasis and clients understand communication style, working preferences, and team fit.
Open the contractor dashboard.
Use Complete assessments or open Edit profile and go to Assessments.
Start the personality assessment.
Answer based on how you normally work, not what you think a client wants to hear.
Submit the assessment and confirm its status moves from NOT_STARTED or IN_PROGRESS to COMPLETED.
How it affects applications
Assessment status is stored with your onboarding record. The dashboard can show Complete assessments until required assessments are done, and the Apply button can stay disabled while assessment status is incomplete.
Clients may see DiSC as part of the candidate packet, alongside your cover letter, requested pay, profile proof, video presentation, and compatibility score.
