The payment provider holds

Cards are tokenized inside the provider's hosted UI. Anastasis never sees raw card number, expiration, or CVC. No client ACH at launch. No placement fees, no retainers. The 15% platform fee comes out of the operator's rate unless you opt to cover it on an engagement.
